Living and working in the wine country of Napa Valley, California I’ve learned a wine’s aroma should be captured in the glass to present it in the best possible way. I’ve also experienced fruit flies are a major problem -- and this is an issue worldwide. A single fruit fly can ruin a glass of wine! There was not a product available to wineries and consumers that was shatterproof, elegant, dishwasher safe, reusable, recyclable and affordable. Consulting with experts in the industry, as well as consumers, I heard the constant refrain, “Why has no one developed this before?” That’s why vinolid was invented!
Our patent pending design incorporates, "Point & Swirl Technology", which is a fun way to describe the notch for your index finger that allows for swirling of the wine in the glass to aerate it and capture the full aroma and flavor of the wine. The idea has been embraced in Napa and Sonoma Valley’s and Lynda and I are excited to introduce vinolid to wine lovers everywhere!
