Q. Where are vinolid's made?
A. We are proud to say we manufacture vinolid's in the USA! We feel strongly about protecting the jobs of American workers. The material we use is made in USA and the product is designed and made in California.
Q. Is it true vinolid's are PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for wine lovers?
A. Indeed! vinolid's prevent aerosol particles, due to coughing and sneezing, from entering your glass. When not on your wine glass, the vinolid balances on a tables surface so the side that touches the rim of the glass won't become contaminated.
Q. Why is there a notch on my vinolid?
A. We refer to that as "Point & Swirl Technology!" Our patent pending notch allows for swirling of the wine in your glass. Swirling wine in a glass aerates it, releasing its full aroma and flavor. vinolid captures them in the glass and doubles the concentration of the aroma! Simply center the vinolid on the glass, point your index finger towards the vinolid logo, apply slight pressure to the notch, using one or two hands, swirl the wine – Pause and enjoy! vinolid doubles the concentration of the aroma in your wine glass.
Q. Is vinolid BPA-free?
A. Yes, vinolid's are comprised of a highly durable BPA/BPS-free polymer that looks and feels like glass.
Q. How do I care for my vinolid product?
A. vinolid's are durable enough to withstand both domestic and commercial dishwashers and sanitizers. Once you've put vinolid through a dishwasher or commercial sanitizer, simply buff dry with a lint-free cloth to avoid water spots.
Q. What’s the best way to store vinolids?
A. Simply stack vinolids on top of one another – align the notches, they were designed to stack and nest together for space-saving storage.
Q. How do I recycle my vinolid?
A. All vinolids can be recycled with most plastics, including PET bottles and containers. Recycling programs vary, we recommend checking with your county or state to ensure your vinolids are recycled properly -- if there ever comes a time to do so.
Q. Can I use vinolids for more than just wine glasses?
A. Sure, use vinolids to keep insects, pollen, leaves and other debris out of most glasses and decanters. You can even turn them upside down to avoid bee’s from invading your soda can!
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, vinolid will gladly refund the purchase price of any vinolid item along with all applicable sales tax within 30 days of receipt. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and in resalable condition.
